Hair Unit Blueprint
The short version: Digital courses - 30-day satisfaction guarantee, full refund if it's not for you. Physical kits - 14 days from delivery to return, unused and in original packaging.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee — Digital Courses
If you purchase the Afro Hair Unit Masterclass or any digital product and decide within 30 days that it's not right for your practice, email support@hairunitblueprint.com and we'll process a full refund. We don't ask for a reason, though we appreciate the feedback.
Once the 30-day window has passed, sales are final. All digital products include immediate lifetime access to course materials.
Payment Plans
The 30-day guarantee applies from the date of your first payment, whether you're paying in full or on the 3-instalment plan.
If you request a refund within the 30-day window:
Your first instalment is refunded in full
All future scheduled payments are cancelled immediately
Access to course materials is revoked
If you are beyond the 14-day window, all remaining instalments remain due. Access will be revoked if payments are not completed.
Practice Kit Returns — Physical Products
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery and return the item within a further 14 days.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery at support@hairunitblueprint.com
Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrives faulty or damaged
Please note: For hygiene reasons, hair units that have been removed from sealed packaging cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty. Mannequin heads that show evidence of use are also non-returnable.
Faulty or damaged on arrival: Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return postage.
Refunds for returned physical products are processed within 14 days of us receiving the item back in eligible condition.
Bundle Purchases
If you purchased the practice kit and the masterclass together, each component is refunded under its own policy. A kit return does not automatically trigger a course refund, and vice versa.
Exceptions — Always Considered
Outside the above windows, refunds may still be considered if:
You were charged twice for the same product
A technical issue prevented access to a digital course that we were unable to resolve
Email support@hairunitblueprint.com with your name, purchase email and a brief description.

If you have any issues with the kit, the course or anything in between reach out before requesting a refund. Most things can be sorted quickly and that's always our first step.
